Coffee grounds are discarded after a single brew.

Yet they still hold value and a story that is yet to be told.

I created a brand and product that transforms single-use
waste product — coffee grounds — into a premium,
skin-reviving body scrub experience. 

Jour Férié: [French noun]
A day where work ceases.
A quiet refusal.
A pause in the middle of everything.

BEHIND THE SCENES

The journey of this project has been an enriching experience where I combined savoir faire around a wide variety of domains. I created the logo by hand, worked on product formulation by experimenting for months with recipes, screen-printed the packaging at home and shot all the assets on medium format film.
I see this product as the result of a proactive challenge which is also doing good for the planet.

I am hoping to launch S26.
